It was an amazing experience, Neyeli helped us set the trip and during the trip with everything I asked of her. She even managed to get us into the Disney’s princesses breakfast experience which I know is like super hard and has to be done like months in advance. We are forever thankful and are looking forward to do our next family vacation with travel factor for sure!!This LA/Disneyland/Universal family vacation was everything we wanted and more.

An awesome experience and even better service! This is my first time using a travel agent so my only regret is, why I didn't do it before?! I only filled out a quick form and that was it. She gave me options for exactly what I was looking for plus a couple of recommendations that were muuuch better ones. I can't believe that it is a free service, it is fantastic and I felt like a VIP all the time. Very flexible and responsive. I do recommend this company!
